How to Find Zoom Recordings on Computer?

Way 1. Access Zoom recordings rom the default folder.

Default folders where Zoom saves your recording in different systems:

1. Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Zoom
2. Mac: /Users/[Username]/Documents/Zoom
3. Linux: home/[Username]/Documents/Zoom

Way 2. Find Zoom recordings with the Zoom web portal.

1. Go to zoom.us and log in your account.
2. Select Recordings > Local Recordings.
3. If clicking Open, the browser can redirect you to the Zoom recording location on computer.
4. If clicking Delete, you can remove a recording from the web portal but the recording is still saved in the local destination.

Way 3. Get Zoom recordings using the Zoom desktop client.

1. Open the desktop client and log in your account.
2. Click Meetings > Open Recordings.
3. Select Local Recordings.
4. If clicking View Local Recording, the app can redirect you to the destination folder where your recordings save on computer.
5. You can also play and delete the recording from the desktop client.

Cloud recording is automatically enables for all paid subscribers, including:

• Pro, Business, Education or Enterprise account
• Account owner or admin privileges to modify account- and group-level settings

1. Sign in your account to the Zoom web portal.
2. Go to Recordings > Cloud Recordings.

• Only hosts and co-hosts can start a Zoom cloud recording.
• You can recover deleted Zoom recordings from trash. The recording will be automatically deleted after 30 days in the trash.
• You can download the cloud recordings to your local drive.

Zoom mobile app saves your Zoom recording to cloud by default.

To access Zoom recordings on your iOS or Android device, sign in your account in the app and then select Recordings on the left side of the screen.
