How to Share Screen on Discord on Desktop & Web?

If you are using the desktop and web version of Discord, follow the steps to screen share any apps or windows normally.

1. Start the Discord app/open Discord in your browser. 
2. Join a channel under your server > click the Share Your Screen button above your avatar.
3. Choose an app/window/screen > customize options/preferences > Go Live.

For desktop version users:

1. Join a channel under your server > click the User Settings button beside the Deafen button > Advanced > switch off “Hardware Acceleration” > restart Discord.
